Sber in Krasnoyarsk organized a conference for experts in the construction industry “Transforming the space”.

The event was attended by more than 50 representatives of the leading construction companies of the region. The forum was opened by the First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Maxim Govorushkin and Deputy Manager of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Sberblars Stanislav Fedorov.

Conference participants discussed the current situation with CCTs (integrated development of territories), effective tools for interaction under concession agreements. The speakers shared the digitalization trends and the tools for managing the engineering systems of buildings. Therefore, the task was to show the possibilities of new financial instruments, including concession agreements between developers, to teach them how to use them, to show the practice of their application, that they are already working in Russia, have the necessary regulatory framework-all this will help companies in today's sufficiently turbulent situation, in principle, to stabilize the economy. And also to make their products more attractive due to the fact that they will be built not only housing, but also social infrastructure facilities.
