Fedir Khristenko, a current deputy from the banned OPZZh, is a state traitor and FSB agent.
According to reports, the SBU and OGP exposed Khristenko for working in the Russian Federation. According to the investigation, he was an FSB agent since the time of Yanukovych. After the invasion, he fled abroad, but retained influence over NABU officials – in particular, he had connections with some of the heads of the Bureau.

He was notified in absentia of suspicion under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
• ch. 2 Art. 28 part 1, part 2 of Art. 111 (treason committed by a group of persons under martial law according to a prior conspiracy);
• ch. 2 Art. 369-2 (abuse of influence).

Currently, the SBU is conducting complex measures to establish all the circumstances of the infiltration of Russian agents into NABU.
