Andrei Cordea, after Craiova University – CFR 3-1: “The cup was a goal”
“A beautiful match. I'm sorry we didn't manage to take it to penalties and we conceded a goal that I think we could have managed better, not to concede, but that's it. We tried, the Cup was a goal, unfortunately we didn't pass, but we keep our heads up and move on. We tried tonight to do what was up to us.
It's not Sinyan's fault for the goal, the ball bounces, our bad luck. We are upset that we didn't go through, we talked about pushing harder and scoring, but that was the game. We are focused and focused on the title. Since I came I was told that our goal is to win the title or the Cup. We left the Cup, so we still have the title, even if many don't believe, I believe we can do it.
Yes, I like Craiova, they play well, they create chances, they always like to have the ball, but we will also play at home and it will be different, it will be different. I think all of the play-offs have a chance and the best will win.
With Dinamo we want to win, because if we beat Argeș or U Cluj they mess up, we finish 3rd and play the first match at home and we want to start the first play-off match at home”, said Andrei Cordea in the flash interview from Digi Sport.
It was a match like a final, I think everyone saw that. I am proud of my colleagues. It's football and anything can happen. We conceded a goal in extra time, it was, I think, a mistake, but it doesn't really matter. The pitch was good, but in some places the ball bounced. And today we showed that we are a strong team. After 90 minutes we showed that we are undefeated. We have to beat Dinamo and enter the play-off with our heads held high.
We can go 2nd or 3rd if we win and the results are favorable and it will be something else. We are a bit frustrated that we lost, but in the championship the unbeaten streak continues.

Adrian Păun: “The play-off will be interesting”
It's painful, especially since it happened in overtime. We managed to equalize in extra time in the 90 minutes, then we got that goal in extra time. Craiova was the better team and it is a deserved qualification.
It's a sensational course, not many people believed in our comeback and today we showed it. We have another desire to win and God has rewarded us. The play-off will be interesting, the points are halved. Clearly, Craiova leaves as favourites, because it has a small advantage, and we will take our chances. Now, our realistic goal would be the podium, to be in the top three, but you never know. We will treat every game as a victory, as we always do, and in the end we will draw the line. Craiova is the strongest team by far, bravo to them. It can be seen that they have a very good team, they have automatics, they know each other very well and I hope we can give them new problems.
The matches in the European cups certainly mattered at FCSB, and we were close to missing the play-off, that's football. It was very difficult to come back, after every match we said that we have a final. Not many expected us to have this sensational journey. The boys, the staff, the coach, absolutely everyone, only we know what we went through and hoped until the end, and God helped us to be here. The favorite for the title is Craiova, it's clear, and we'll see later, because in the play-off it's different.
