A man with a shotgun and a pistol tried to enter Donald Trump's rally in California.
Local police stopped 49-year-old Las Vegas resident Wem Miller at a checkpoint about a quarter mile from the event in Coachella. He had with him a fake VIP pass and a press ID, as well as a loaded shotgun, a pistol and a magazine with ammunition.
According to Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, the man was a member of a right-wing anti-government organization. Miller was released on $5k bail.
