Raised by FCSB, George Gogescu was loaned for half a season to Concordia Chiajna, at the beginning of 2024, after which he was transferred free of contract to CD Estepona, in Spain. George Gogescu went to the training camp in Antalya with FCSB in the summer of 2023 and impressed Mihai Stoica, who predicted a bright future for the footballer in the first league of Romania.
