They are good to pay! Fines stinging after fast

The authorities granted several fines, one of them even to Rapid, the host of the match on Sunday evening. Giulesti have received three contraventional sanctions, in total value of 110,000 lei (approximate 22,000 euros).

Also the company to take care of the derby was fined with 15,000 leiapproximately 3,000 euros. In addition, 8 supporters present at the match were banned on stadiums for six months or one year.

Following the violation of the legal provisions in force, the gendarmes prepared two finding acts for the use of pyrotechnic materials that will be submitted to the specialized police officers of the Capital Police, in order to apply the legal measures, both in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 126 of 1995 regarding the regime of explosive materials, with subsequent modifications and completions.

Also, 29 contraventional sanctions were applied, totaling 131,950 lei.

We emphasize that, of these, three contraventional sanctions, totaling 110,000 lei, were applied to the organizer of the sports event, and a contraventional sanction, worth 15,000 lei, was applied to the specialized security and protection company, for the non -observance of the obligations.

At the same time, eight complementary sanctions were applied regarding the prohibition of access to sports competitions for a period of six months or one year.

Under another aspect, three suspected persons were identified that they threw objects on the playing surface, as follows:
– a man threw an object from the stands, hitting a player of the guest team on the playing surface;
– a man threw his shoes on the playing surface;
– A man threw a glass of cardboard, with water, on the playing surface.

Next, checks are made to identify and sanction other persons who have violated the legal framework in force.
