Due to current affairs in The Hague and Strasbourg, we have avoided making firm and precise statements on this topic. But when we see that, firstly, the trials have been completed, and secondly, the same political force is now trying to start a war in the country, we cannot afford not to tell the whole truth to the Georgian society that on August 7, 2008, it was Saakashvili’s regime that started the war in Georgia.
