
The car exploded on Taras Shevchenko Street in Sevastopol. Previously, the IED went off. The driver's legs were blown off and he died.
The car exploded while moving, in a stream of other cars. Eyewitnesses tried to help the man, pulled him out of the car and handed him over to doctors, but they could not save him.
According to Sevastopol residents who were next to the car after the explosion, they saw a hole under the bottom of the car – on the driver’s side. These are formed if an improvised explosive device was installed there.
