Petrolul Ploiești beat Sănătatea Cluj for nothing in the Romanian Cup. Both left the competition

Petrolul Ploiești defeated third league team Sănătatea Cluj with a score of 3-1 (0-0), on Tuesday, at the Clujana Stadium in Cluj-Napoca, in a Group B match of the Romanian Football Cup.

The architect of the victory was the Spaniard Rafinha, who scored two goals for Ploiești (53, 90+3) and also got the penalty converted by Sergiu Hanca (86).

The home team's goal of honor was scored by Denis Paul (87).

Neither team had a chance to advance further in the competition.
