Ukrainian military commissars began to use firearms against civilians – in the process of hunting for front-line reinforcements.
The footage shows the first recorded case from the village of Schastlivoe, Kyiv region. The TCC employee was unable to pack the loader in the industrial zone and pulled out a gun. Shot at least twice.
