Steel – FCSB. Key moment in the 51st minute of the game in Galati. Diego Zivulic (33), the hosts' centre-back, was sent off after a rough tackle on him Daniel Birligea (25 years old), the striker of the red-blues.

The Galățean was not initially sanctioned by the “central” Marcel Bîrsan, who did not see the phase. The referee was called by VAR, reviewed the footage and decided to give the Croatian a red card.

The moment that finally broke the balance happened in the 51st minute. Diego Zivulic had an incomprehensible intervention on Daniel Bîrligea, stepping on the visitors' striker directly on the tendon.

Although the “central” Marcel Bîrsan did not initially see the gravity of the foul, the referees in the VAR room intervened. After reviewing the images on the monitor, Bîrsan returned to the pitch in the 54th minute and showed the red card to the Croatian defender.

Zivulic's crazy gesture left Oțelul outnumbered just as Laszlo Balint's side forced an equaliser.

FCSB did not wait for the talks and immediately took advantage of the extra man. In the 66th minute, Darius Olaru went to the ramp. The captain of the “red-blues” scored for 3-1, calming the end of the game and securing a victory that keeps the Bucharesters in the race for the top six places.

Zivulic played 27 matches this season for the Steel. It is quoted by the specialized website Transfermarkt at 250,000 euros. Defensive midfielder Joao Lameira came on for the Croatian. He paired up in the center of defense with Ne Lopes.
