“I still can't believe it!”

Mădălina Dumitru (32 years old), one of the most focused microbes in the lawn Cătălin Hîldan, launched her book entitled “Dinamo – the love that does not go out”.

The passion for Dinamo started from childhood, when the club's colors and coat of arms fascinated it. Her first match on the stadium took place in 2013, at a derby with FCSB, where the emotions were big, but she had not passed until she found her place among the gallery voices and started singing with her team.

Present constantly in the lawn Cătălin Hîldan (PCH), Mădălina worked for six months on this book, in which she gathered all the emotions, memories and deeper connection with Dinamo. At the end of May 2025, he launched his volume right in the symbolic heart of the club, the Museum Hall in Stefan cel Mare.

“Hi, Mădălina, how long do you have Dinamo?”
– Hi, Carmen! I hold with Dinamo from childhood, from the 2000s to the present and so I will do in the future.

– When was the first step on the stadium?
The first step on the stadium was quite late, only in 2013. Because they are not from Bucharest, but from Călinești, near Pitești. When I stepped on the stadium, I didn't realize, I had emotions that I would not handle it, to sing next to the gallery, but because you do what you love, in five minutes I adapted. I was first at a derby with FCSB.

– What attracted you to Dinamo?
First of all, I liked the colors and the coat of arms, they are beautiful. As he was in childhood, I all knew Dinamo, Steaua, Rapid. I chose Dinamo because most were with the star and I said to be their opposite.

– How is it for a woman to love football?
– I think there is nothing different. And as a man and as a woman you live with the same intensity the lawn matches. We sing the same as the boys, so I see no difference.

– Where do you go to the stadium?
– I go to the lawn Cătălin Hîldan at every match. There I started and I am still. Sure I will never change.

– Do you miss Dinamo's match?
– I can't always come to the stadium, not even at home matches. But every time I have the opportunity, I get alone in the car and wine.

– What is your favorite memory related to a match?
– There are many, but one very dear to me is that at a derby with FCSB in 2016, at the end, Dănciulescu came and offered me a shirt. He was the club's sports director, he didn't play anymore, but at that moment he offered some shirts to the fans and one was for me. It was an unforgettable moment.

– What is your favorite all-time player from Dinamo?
I have a lot of favorite players, starting with the generation of 2000 up: Dănciulescu, Bratu, Petre, Niculescu, Giani Kiriță. I admire them very much and at present. In the current season I really like Cătălin Cîrjan ,, He is a talented child, our captain, it is clear that he has football in the blood. This role fits.

This is how a dynamovist lives a derby with FCSB: “We beat 2-1!”

– How does a Dynamovist live a derby with FCSB?
– I could say from the present, and how I lived in the past. In the week of the derby match the time seemed to be difficult. I was not hungry, I was not sleeping, I was waiting for the day of the match and, above all, the desire for victory was huge.

– What chances does Dinamo have in the derby with FCSB?
– From my point of view, I see very high chances, after FCSB has been eliminated from the Champions League preliminaries. I want the victory and I am convinced that Dinamo will beat FCSB by 2-1.

– How do you see the prospects of this season for Dinamo?
– I want new performances, let's be up again, where the place is, because Dinamo is a team, a legend. Let's fight the first six, and at the end I want the first place, although I cannot say now that it will be possible. I am optimistic, but it remains to be seen what will happen during the future matches.

– When do you think Dinamo will have a strength to become a champion?
– I can't say that this year, although I want very much, but certainly next year, necessarily! I hope you bring this joy we all expect.

– Do you still hope that a new stadium will be built?
– Yes, a lot. I already see myself on the new stadium. This is missing. I think the fans will come anyway, they are with the team and now, at the “Arc de Triomphe”. I am convinced that a new stadium will be done and I hope it is ready until 2028.

– Tell me about the book, how did the idea start?
– The book starts from childhood. I really wanted to write about Dinamo, I was in love with the club. I didn't think I would take the project at the end, it seemed hard. But it was simple, because everything in the book is my memories and experiences. It was easy for me to put them on the sheet, I didn't even feel like writing a book. The duration was about six or seven months old. On October 13, I publicly announced that I want to write the book and received many positive reactions, which motivated me to finish it much faster than I had planned. It's not a very big book, but it includes the history of the club and my memories.

– How do you feel to see your picture from the stadium right on the cover of the book?
– Honestly, it's a great pride, the feeling is hard to express. I look at the book and I still can't believe it. I chose this picture with me on the cover because it's my favorite picture. The fact that I hold my own book in my hand is an achievement! It's the story of what I love. Another book I couldn't write.

– It was hard to choose the title of the book?
– It was difficult because I wanted something accessible, not something complicated. And it simply came: Dinamo, the love that does not go out. I also included messages from former players I admire, I asked for feedback and they answered.

– If you were to choose a player from Dinamo to read the book, who would that be?
– I would like all the players mentioned in the book to read it, there are many and mentioned a little in writing. The book is about Dinamo and, implicitly, about all those who were part of the club.
