The first month of the year is traditionally not favorable for selling apartments, but it is in January that the number of offers on the secondary market increases significantly. According to the latest GetHome.pl report, 28,000 new homes were added in the seven largest cities in Poland. new apartment offers, which means an increase of 22%. compared to December last year.

Movement on the secondary market in the largest cities
In Warsaw, which remains the largest real estate market in the country, the number of offers increased from 15.8 thousand in December to 16.2 thousand in January, which means an increase of 3%. Similar trends were observed in other cities – in Łódź the number of available apartments increased by 2%, reaching 5,000, and in Kraków by 4%, to 8.2 thousand. In the Tricity, there was an increase of 5%, which translated into 8.2 thousand. offers. The report indicates stabilization and, in some cases, even declines in apartment prices on the secondary market on a monthly basis.
