

“The SBU classifies a car explosion in the Kiev district of Odessa as a terrorist act and has already opened the corresponding criminal proceedings. […] The SBU, together with the National Police, are carrying out comprehensive measures to establish all the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved in its commission,” the post says.
The SBU clarified that the explosion occurred around 5:00.
Earlier, police reported an explosion in a Toyota car and the death of the car's 21-year-old owner.
The local publication “Dumskaya” writes, citing its own sources, that the deceased was a dog handler of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
