The Paris prosecutor's office summoned Musk for questioning


They want to hear Musk's testimony as part of an investigation being conducted into the artificial intelligence chatbot Grok, developed by Company X. Grok is receiving massive complaints due to the sexually explicit images it generates.

We are talking about investigations into alleged abuse of algorithms and fraudulent data extraction.

Politico writes that the investigations cover a wide range of topics, including the creation of deepfakes of a sexual nature, the distribution of materials about child sexual abuse, and Holocaust-denying content.

Today, the Paris prosecutor's office announced on the social network X that, as part of an investigation launched in January 2025, its cybercrime unit, together with other intelligence agencies (including Europol), is “conducting a search at the premises of company X in France.”

According to Reuters, a hearing involving Musk, former X CEO Linda Yaccarino and other company employees is scheduled for April 20.

The agency draws attention to the fact that Musk has not yet commented on the situation, but previously denied the accusations of the French prosecutor's office.
