Store-bought dumplings turned out to be dangerous for the lives of Russians – study
Experts examined 20 brands of dumplings using 587 indicators. As a result, not a single product became a contender for the “quality mark,” experts noted.
We encountered E. coli, salmonella, listeria, and, in principle, increased general microbial contamination.
To avoid negative consequences, experts advise not to buy dumplings or to cook them for at least 10 minutes.
