Priests from Africa came to practice in Russian Karelia
In September, newly ordained Orthodox priests arrived from Kenya to Karelia. The Kenyan guests immediately went to the forest, where they became acquainted with northern nature. They are supervised by Father Stanislav Rasputin.
“In Africa there is a Patriarchal Exarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church. He trains new clergy. Including, he trains and ordains candidates in Russia,” explained the Karelian diocese.
