Transcripts. How the PNL lawyer accused of bribery used the names of Bolojan and Nicușor Dan to ask for money
New transcripts from the file show how the lawyer Adriana Georgescu, caught in the act when she received a bribe of 60,000 euros from a businessman, boasted that she had high-level connections in the country's leadership. The lawyer claimed that she has direct access to Nicușor Dan and Ilie Bolojan, citing including trips to Cotroceni, reports Mediafax.
Transcripts included in a report by the prosecutors and obtained by Mediafax show a discussion between the investigator with the code name Majar Bogdan Cristian and the lawyer Georgescu, who was suspended from PNL Sector 1 on Thursday.
In the dialogue, Georgescu describes his alleged relationships at the top of politics and states that he has direct access to President Nicușor Dan and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan.

GEORGESCU ADRIANA MIHAELA: What?
MAJAR BOGDAN CRISTIAN: From us. You didn't say anything.

In another passage, Georgescu claims that he wrote directly to Nicușor on WhatsApp and that he would have sent a “table” of people who contributed (without amounts), including to Bolojan.

GEORGESCU ADRIANA MIHAELA: Lu' DAN's file was closed, he was given a lack of judicial control and he was given a bit of protection because I wrote lu' NICUțOR, to his face! “I am Ludovic Orban's ex-girlfriend”
In another passage from the transcripts, obtained by Antena3, Adriana Georgescu claimed that she is also close to former prime minister and PNL president Ludovic Orban.
ADRIANA GEORGESCU: “well, if you don't get involved now, it won't come out. Why do you think that…obscene word…now, here to you? Well, why do you think that I'm next to you there and I'm calling you? Do you think that I was still risking this? After the SRI told me yesterday that they are targeting me because I'm ORBAN's man and I'm not a man. I'm LUDOVIC's ex-girlfriend, but I'm no longer… unintelligible… Do you see that I'm risking this discussion with you now?”
The lawyer and a fake General SIE were arrested
The Bucharest Court of Appeal decided on Thursday the preventive arrest for 30 days of the lawyer Adriana Georgescu, together with a fake SIE general, Gheorghe Iscru. Both are accused of influence peddling, after they were caught while receiving 60,000 euros, for interventions in Justice in favor of a businessman who had two criminal records. The businessman is Jean Paul Tucan from Constanța.
The DNA allegations
According to the prosecutors, between October and December 2025, at different time intervals, the lawyer asked the businessman (witness in the file), directly or through another person, different sums of money, of which in October 2025 she would have received the sums of 4,000 euros and 5,000 lei.
The lawyer promised the businessman that she could intervene with the magistrates, through politicians, for the favorable resolution of two criminal cases in which the businessman was accused. One of the files was handled by the DNA, and the other was before the Bucharest Court.
In the same context, on November 21, 2025, the lawyer asked the businessman, through the other person detained in this file, a sum of money between 100,000 euros and 1,000,000 euros, intended for the election campaign of one of the candidates for the Capital City Hall, says DNA. The prosecutors state that the lawyer “let it be believed that, through him, she would have influence on some magistrates and promised a favorable resolution of the two criminal cases in which the witness had the status of defendant”.
In November 2025, the lawyer asked the businessman, through another person (undercover investigator), for a sum of money, of which she received 5,000 lei on November 6, through the same intermediary. “In this context, the defendant would have let it be believed that, through another person, she would have influence on the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, promising that she would induce him to facilitate the completion of the projects carried out by the witness within the CN Administratia Porturilor Maritime SA Constanta and to facilitate the employment of a person close to him in an important position at the level of the same national company”, says DNA.
The prosecutors state that two months later, in January 2026, Gheorghe Iscru, supported by the lawyer, would have asked the businessman, through another person (an undercover investigator), the sum of 120,000 euros, in three installments, out of the total sum of 500,000 euros.
