Marius Ștefănescu is going to leave Konyaspor

Just half a year since he came to Konyaspor, Marius Ștefănescu is going to leave this team. Transferred from FCSB for the sum of 300,000 euros, the right wing would also sign in Turkey, at Erzurumspor. The two teams are in intense negotiations for the transfer of the Romanian.

The announcement was made by several Turkish journalists, according to a TV show. In a video posted on X of sequences from the show, one of the journalists announced that negotiations are proceeding quickly and the move is almost complete.

“The Erzurumspor formation has shown its interest in the transfer of Marius Ștefănescu. Discussions are taking place at the moment and everything is progressing very well. Everything is proceeding positively. The move should be resolved soon”, the journalists' dialogue states.

It remains to be seen if the move will be made. FIFA does not allow players to play for a third team in the same season, and Marius has already played for FCSB and Konyaspor.
