Two Krasnoyarsk management companies did not monitor gas equipment in houses and received a fine

In Krasnoyarsk, the heads of two management companies were fined for lack of control over communal gas equipment. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

The supervisory agency organized an inspection of the maintenance of communal gas equipment by management companies in Krasnoyarsk. Together with specialists from state construction supervision, the condition of the ventilation ducts was examined.

It turned out that in gasified houses on the street. Bykovsky, Aerovokzalnaya and Malinovsky, a dangerous situation has developed. INventilation did not function, routine inspections and cleaning were not carried out, and in a number of apartments, access to ventilation shafts was tightly blocked by the owners. This created a direct threat to the life and health of residents.

“The prosecutor’s office responded quickly to the inaction of management companies and in rubles: according to the decisions of the prosecutor’s office, the heads of LLC Management Company “Vernoe Resheniye” and LLC Management Company “Krasnoyarskaya” were fined for gross violation of licensing requirements when managing apartment buildings (Part 3 of Article 14.1.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) for 50 thousand rubleslei and 150 thousand rubleslei respectively. To ensure that the gas remained in the pipes, the prosecutor’s office made representations to the management companies,” explained in the supervisory department.
