People's Artist of the RSFSR Raisa Maksimova has died. She was 95 years old. Cause of death: complications due to blood cancer and related diseases.
According to Mash, yesterday morning, relatives called an ambulance to the actress’s apartment on Tverskaya Street. She had a high temperature and irregular heart rhythm. She did not respond to speech and stopped eating, but refused hospitalization. In the evening she felt worse again. Doctors came home again, and Maksimova died in their presence.
In November last year, the artist was urgently hospitalized in serious condition. She complained of severe dizziness, poor condition and weakness. Doctors discovered she had anemia and low hemoglobin. She received a blood transfusion.
According to relatives, Maximova was getting worse because of her daughter-in-law Elena Shoiko, who had previously been accused of trying to take away an apartment in the center of Moscow from the People's Artist. The actress eventually transferred the property to her seven-year-old grandson.
