The report noted that over the last 12 months, Poland, striving to achieve 56 percent share of renewable energy sources by 2030, massively invested in wind and photovoltaic farms. “The value of the construction market is expected to exceed PLN 400 billion, driven by investments in the energy transformation and infrastructure,” it was reported.

The authors of the report emphasized that the housing sector received unprecedented budget support in 2025 – the limits for the Social and Municipal Housing Program increased to PLN 5 billion, and the budget of the Social Rented Housing Program increased from PLN 4.5 to PLN 7 billion.

“These funds are intended to support the construction of energy-efficient rental apartments for people with low and medium incomes. However, the dynamic increase in financing is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge. The pressure for quick implementation of projects, combined with a shortage of qualified staff and rising costs of materials, poses difficult tasks to developers. The need to meet high energy standards while maintaining competitive prices forces the optimization of processes and the elimination of all sources of losses,” they emphasized.

The report noted that in 2025, digitization in construction and project management has become more popular – more and more companies today work based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) – a digital investment model that combines all key information about the project in one environment. Currently, over 70 percent use this methodology. organization.

Attention was also paid to artificial intelligence, which, as indicated in the report, has ceased to be an experimental solution and has become a real support in everyday work. “It helps analyze design data, optimize processes, identify potential risks and predict problems even before they appear on the construction site. As a result, technology increasingly supports not only design, but also management of the entire investment life cycle,” it was noted.
