The president of Dinamo, Andrei Nicolescu (49 years old), who was with the team in the training camp in Antalya, spoke about the transfer plans of the “dogs”, about a missed collaboration with another Super League club, but also about the situation of Blanuță, for whom Dinamo has already submitted an official offer.

Dinamo started the year right, winning the first friendly of the winter, 2-0 with Young Boys.

Andrei Nicolescu, about the 2-0 friendly with Young Boys: “I kept the intensity”

“Next year we will look for another place for the training camp. This year is more crowded and it becomes unpleasant, but the players had all the conditions and it worked well. In the first match it was seen that we haven't lost the intensity since the end of the year. The holiday came well mentally and the intensity was good, especially in the first half“, declared Nicolescu at “Footbal Club” from Digi Sport.

Regarding Leam Eissat, the brother of Lisav Eissat, who is in “trials” at Dinamo, the club official explained that it is a medium-term project: “He is a young man who must adapt to senior football. He has talent, but physically it is still difficult for him. We do not expect much from him this year, we will see from the summer.”

Regarding Valentin Țicu, Nicolescu said: “He kept pace with the others. We thought it was a bet we could take on. If he confirms physically and his knee doesn't give out, it will be a successful transfer.”

Nicolescu spoke about the transfers of Eissat and Coubiș

Nicolescu also explained why certain tracks failed:

  • Lisav Eissat: “Complicated, a prohibitive price for him, he is a player under contract and what Maccabi Haifa wants is beyond Dinamo's power, loan with option is not an option because he is entering the last year of his contract”
  • Andrei Coubiș: “I wanted him in the summer with different conditions, he was in a different position, he was coming from a position of player in Milan, he was in the first team, now he is no longer a target because he has 6 months without matches and the parameters have changed”

“We are in negotiations with other players. We have a discussion with a defender with whom we have agreed on a contract for him. We have a discussion with another defender which we have agreed with him and the club, and after we block the first transfer, we will be able to move faster”, concluded the president of Dinamo.

Dinamo's president is angry with Oțelul Galați: “They weren't “professionals””

Dinamo's boss declared himself unsatisfied with the way the collaboration with Oțelul went, in the case of Adrian Caragea's loan.

“We entered into a potential collaboration with a League 1 club, and on the last day when we wanted to do some loans with them, they backed out and it's not 'pro' what's going on. They needed an under player and they convinced us that for them we can offer an under to play there and it's not pro the things that happened, sI have some silly reasons, but I don't want to talk anymore. I was upset by the way it happened. For a month there were phone calls between the coaches and the manner was not correct“.

Dinamo officially offered Blanuță

We made a written offer for Blănuțăbut there is uncertainty from the club if he can play for another team this year. For now, we do not have an official answer”, said Nicolescu.

Andrei Nicolescu spoke again about the Robu track: “He's not a target. He stayed at League 2 level, he didn't progress, he has good numbers, but he's a League 2 player.”

What's next for Dinamo?
