KADORR Group completed the construction of the largest residential complex in Ukraine – KADORR City
In Odesa, two 24-story buildings were commissioned in one day, which was the final stage of the residential part of the project. The total area of the complex is about 700,000 m².
KADORR City is a city within a city: more than 10,000 residents, Europe's largest underground parking, a modern security system with 15,000 video cameras and more than 20,000 m² of commercial space.
In 2026, two more business centers with a total area of 120,000 m² will join the complex, which remain in the ownership of the developer. They will become the largest office centers in the south of Ukraine and the new business core of Odesa.
📈 The implementation of the project has become one of the largest examples of development in Ukraine and creates new opportunities for investment and business activity in the region.
