“In the city of Yefremov in the Tula Oblast of the Russian Federation, the facilities of the Yefremov Synthetic Rubber Plant, which specializes in the production of components for plastic explosives and solid rocket fuel, were hit. Explosions and an extensive fire were reported at the plant,” the headquarters wrote in a statement published on Facebook.

The Ukrainian armed forces added that the shelling also targeted a storage and handling site for Russian unmanned boats in the Myrne region of occupied Crimea.

The staff reported that an attack was also carried out on a regiment-level storage facility for Russian troops' material and technical resources in the city of Dolzhansk in the occupied Luhansk Oblast in eastern Ukraine.
There were also hits on numerous anti-aircraft defense facilities and in areas of concentration of Russian troops in the occupied territories of Ukraine, the statement added.
