Cooking

  1. Mix boiled cooled buckwheat, raw minced meat, finely chopped onions, crackers and eggs. Season with salt and spices. Close the mass thoroughly.
  2. Moisten your hands with water and tightly blind balls or cutlets from minced meat.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry buckwheat over medium heat on both sides until golden crust.
  4. Fry separately for the onion sauce, pour tomato juice, salt, add spices and sour cream. Mix the mixture.
  5. When the sauce boils, put Greek people in it. Cover with a lid. Stew over low heat for about 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle buckwheat with greenery.
