I don't want to work on Fridays anymore. I just don't want to

In Germany, the experiment with a four-day working week has ended: employees don't want to go back to a five-day schedule.
The experiment lasted six months, during which time employees worked less while maintaining the same salary. The results killed:
🟠The physical and mental condition of employees has improved;
🟠The process of hiring new employees has become easier;
🟠Profits and revenues of companies remained at a stable level.
To consolidate the results, the researchers measured cortisol levels, and the data showed that the four-day plan reduced stress and increased productivity.
The researchers concluded: A four-day week makes companies more successful and employees happier. An extra day off allows people to take care of their health, spend more time with family and recuperate.
