The vice-governor of Primorye, Sergei Efremov, died in the Northern Military District zone.
Everything happened in the Kursk region. Previously, today a vehicle of the Russian Armed Forces ran into a mine and exploded. Two officers died, including Efremov. At the front, the vice-governor was the commander of the BARS-22 “Tiger” volunteer detachment.
