In Krasnoyarsk, the results of the work of the Rosseti Sibir company in 2025 and the prospects for the electric grid complex were discussed

A meeting of the Consumer Council on the activities of natural monopolies under the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory took place in the Legislative Assembly.
Participants in the annual event were the director of the Rosseti Siberia branch – Krasnoyarskenergo Anton Lukin, regional parliamentarians, representatives of the executive authorities of the region and the city of Krasnoyarsk, business, and the public.
“I would like to thank you for not hiding current, very important and pressing issues from discussion, including on parliamentary platforms. Now the next direct line from the Russian President is being prepared. The topics that we will discuss today are at the top of those stated by residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory,” opened the meeting, Chairman of the Committee on Economics and Tax Policy of the Legislative Assembly of the Territory, Egor Vasiliev.
Director of the Rosseti Siberia – Krasnoyarskenergo branch Anton Lukin spoke about the main results of the company’s work this year and shared plans for the near future.
In 2025, Krasnoyarsk power engineers carried out large-scale work to improve the reliability of power supply to consumers as part of the investment program. Specialists modernized two substations – in the Achinsk region and Krasnoyarsk, built 439 km of overhead and cable power lines, installed 268 transformers and assembled 243 complete transformer substations.
The branch also fully completed the annual repair program and prepared for winter for uninterrupted power supply during cold weather: 3,213 km of overhead and cable power lines were repaired, 2,788 insulators were replaced, 1,288 power line supports were updated and 2,308 hectares of routes were cleared.
One of the important issues remains the fulfillment of the energy company’s obligations regarding technological connection of preferential categories of consumers.
“We see a way out of the situation through joint work with the regional government. A regulatory agreement was signed between the Ministry of Tariff Policy and the branch of Rosseti Sibir – Krasnoyarskenergo, which gives a chance to implement measures regarding the accumulated obligations for technological connection. We are working on measures for different groups of consumers, and plan to solve this problem by 2030,” said branch director Anton Lukin.
Speaking about other categories of consumers, the head of Krasnoyarskenergo focused on the issue of connecting small and medium-sized businesses to the networks. He proposed creating a working group under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the region. Among its potential tasks are to consider the possibility of temporary annexation, exclude unscrupulous applicants, identify entrepreneurs receiving subsidies and implement objects that are significant for the region.
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the region, Olga Zagitova, supported this initiative. “The most important thing is to fulfill the obligations assumed by the network company. I am ready to join in the work of interacting with the business community for educational activities and work with investment representatives. It is important to create an advisory body to determine the relevance of connecting investment entities and SMEs,” she noted.
Anton Lukin also answered questions from deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the region, which related to the problems of overloading power grids, non-contractual and unmetered electricity consumption, and taking the infrastructure of third-party organizations onto the company’s balance sheet.
Summing up the event, Advisor to the Governor of the region Anatoly Matyushenko drew attention to the increase in the reliability of power supply in the region in recent years. He thanked the work teams for their daily work and congratulated all power engineers of the region on the upcoming professional holiday – Power Engineer's Day.
