American experts are alarming. Russia wants more areas of Ukraine

The areas of the Kherson, Zaporoski and Dnipropetrovsk districts have been forcibly incorporated by the Russian army to the “Novorosia” region invented by the Kremlin – Putin's officials claim that this is the “integral” part of Russia and cite it to make additional territorial claims in the south of Ukraine.
In recent days, the head of the occupation authorities of the Wołodymyr District of Wołodymy has said that Russia should try to take control of the areas in the Cherson, Zaporoskie and Dnipropetrovsk districts along the Dnieprus rivers, so as to allegedly “guarantee the development of infrastructure.”
“Call the balance to additional territorial claims of Russia along the Dnieper River is in line with other official statements of the Kremlin, because Russia is still putting extensive territorial demands towards Ukraine, while not offering any its own concessions,” writes the American Institute of War Studies in the new analysis (ISW).

Russia still wants to grow
Putin had previously ordered Russian forces to create “buffer zones” in Ukraine, to which Russia formally does not claim their rights, including in the Kharkiv and Sumian District.
On Tuesday, the Russian agency TASS said that at the end of May the Russian Central Electoral Commission will present the state pride of the state “new scheme of single -mandate electoral districts”. According to the new plan, seven poviats are to be built in the four Donbass and “Newistic” circuits.
