The IED could have been planted under the sofa, which is located in the lobby of “Scarlet Sails” – on the way from the elevators to the main entrance. And put it into action remotely, using CCTV cameras according to the “Ukrainian” scheme. The explosive went off as the victim was exiting the elevator. The target was, preliminary, Armen Sargsyan.
