Everything happened on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow. Wengalbi stopped, recorded violations – he tried to agree with Dpsniks, referring to his navigation, but did not work out. Then Wengalby laid 100K bills of 5k between the driver's seat and the armrest in the patrol car. Cash employees did not take. Now the 24-year-old YouTuber is in the department.
