A resident of Ulan-Ude turned to a tarot reader from a group in the messenger to “get rid of poverty.”
Paying for the “rite” 12 thousand, which had to be taken on credit, the woman believed the promises of “high profits” and transferred another 80 thousand on “investment”. As a result, the scammer disappeared with the money.
