“The concept of 2025 was good. We managed to be champions, we also went very well in the Europa League. On a personal level it was good because I managed to become champion for the second time. At the end of the year it is not as good. We have to win a few games to enter the play-offs. In the Europa League we don't have points like we had last season. We hope that in 2026 we will emerge as champions.
I don't have a concrete explanation. Every year we want to start as well as possible, to win, to make our job easier for the play-offs. Unfortunately, at the end of this year we didn't manage to be up there, but I say we will come back. We will enter the play-offs and even fight for the title.
It's normal to collect prizes. We had a good start to the year, we were champions, we had a good run in the Europa League. If we have half a good year and half a bad year, it means that we will start the new year well. I didn't talk much with Mr. Becali. He just asked me if I can play in this European match.
