Kuleba explained that he did not volunteer because “he was engaged in war for two and a half years.”
“When the summons comes, I will not run away abroad. I devoted two and a half years of my life to the war, starting from the first night, when no one believed that we would survive. […] And I won’t run away in order to avoid mobilization when that time comes,” the ex-minister said.
