13 former employees of Hardcore FC accuse the organization of non-payment of salaries – they say they were inspired by a post about poor fighters and wrote to us as a proposal. Everyone was fired with a scandal and everyone is owed about 80k rubles minimum. Before, they didn’t think about filing a lawsuit, but now they do.
Employees say: they were thrown away with their money during recalculation after dismissal. At first they promised to pay everything – especially to those who were asked to write a statement on their own. Then they threw a smaller part onto the map and started feeding them breakfast. Now they are ignoring it. After two or three months, the guys despaired and until yesterday they didn’t even think about seeking justice. There are currently 13 people in total, the total debt is about 1 million rubles.
Everyone entered into contracts with Boxing Entertainment LLC. The general director is ex-salesman of spare parts Dmitry Novoseltsev, the owners are the owner of fitness clubs Maxim Kagansky and Yuri Sulyanov, Anatoly’s father. Sulyanov Jr.’s position in the company is unknown to us. But, judging by his voices in work chats, he is most likely an ideological inspirer and motivator.
Ex-hardcore members say the attitude towards them was harsh and unfair. They were forced to work on weekends and, horror of horrors, after the end of the official workday. Some couldn’t stand it and left on their own, while others were persistently asked to write “on their own.” Or they were fired on the sly, like the ex-finirector of the organization V. Gracheva. Without her knowledge, absenteeism was entered into her electronic work record and she was fired under the article on April 20, 2023. Although the girl quit her job three months earlier. She was surprised, went to court, sued Boxing Entertainment for a salary of 314k for three months of her forced idleness and achieved changes in the labor contract – from dismissal under the article to dismissal on her own.
