The Traktor hockey team was removed from the Khabarovsk-Chelyabinsk flight. The reason is that the sportsmen celebrated their landslide victory and demolished the escape hatch.
It all happened the day before on flight SU-7289 at 13:56 (Moscow time). The KHL players were in high spirits – due to the defeat of “Amur” with a score of 5:2 – and celebrated this matter. And when we boarded the charter, one of the crew pushed the emergency door of the Boeing 737, opening the wing hatch. Because of this, the alarm went off and the plane became depressurized.
The hockey players were dropped off – the board taxied to the parking lot and an hour and a half later headed to the runway. Having picked up the athletes and landed in Chelyabinsk without incident.
