On December 6, Saturday, the closing ceremony of the All-Russian environmental campaign “I Choose Clean Air” will take place in Krasnoyarsk. The event will be the finale of the project, in which the capital of the region won a convincing victory in the main category “Leading City”.

The closing program of the event promises to be educational for all guests. The events will begin at 10:30 on the territory of the Grenada health camp (the area in front of the Torgashin stairs). The ceremony of awarding diplomas and prizes to the most active participants of the action will take place here. Registration via link.

Everyone will have a unique opportunity to join a practical eco-lesson based on a mobile laboratory and see live how environmental specialists take samples to analyze the state of the environment.

The final event will be a mass ascent of the famous Torgashin Staircase – the longest staircase in Russia. Krasnoyarsk residents and guests of the city will be accompanied by the ambassador and main activist of the action, founder of the Krasnoyarsk Hiking project, Anatoly Bezverkhy. General photography will be organized at the start and finish.

Let us remind you that this year the All-Russian campaign “I Choose Clean Air” of the national project “Ecological Well-Being” was held in five cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: Krasnoyarsk, Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk, Achinsk and Norilsk. From May to September, about 70 environmental events took place in the region. In total, over 25 thousand people joined the regional stage of the action, organized by the regional Ministry of Ecology.

At the end of the season, Krasnoyarsk showed the highest result in the country – more than 125 thousand “clean kilometers”, which the participants of the action covered, abandoning transport. Thanks to the general contribution of the participants, in 2026 the anniversary season of the action will be held in the regional center.
