In one of the retail outlets in the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk, police discovered the circulation of unlabeled nicotine-containing goods on an especially large scale.
It was established that the 25-year-old entrepreneur was engaged in the sale of electronic cigarettes, vape liquids and snus.
“About 340 units were discovered and seized from the store premises. nicotine-containingher products with a total value of more than 1.6 million rubles,” the police said.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 6 of Art. 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Sale of nicotine-containing products without legal labeling in especially large quantities.” This can be punished with a fine of up to 800 thousand rubles, or forced labor for up to 5 years, or imprisonment for up to 6 years.
