A guy without a head was declared fit for military service in Smolensk
In 2021, a 19-year-old boy died on the railway tracks. His body was soon discovered, and law enforcement officers opened a criminal case. The proceedings lasted for several years, until in 2023 the investigator requested the guy’s personal file from the military registration and enlistment office, but a letter came from there with a “surprise.”
The nuance was that, according to the military registration and enlistment office, the guy successfully passed the military medical examination the day after his death. The documents indicate that he complained about his health, as well as the results of some tests.
On top of that, his health was examined twice by five doctors of different specialties, and all of them declared him fit for service.
