The journalist recalled how in a recent interview Budanov said that to end the war, many factors must coincide in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, as well as in Europe and the USA. She asked whether Ukraine is now close to this or, on the contrary, has moved away during this time.
“We will get closer to this in the winter, let me put it this way. Our window will open again in mid-February. All events will be from: early February to mid-February,” Budanov replied.
He did not specify what exactly he was talking about.
