About 120 residential buildings are at risk of flooding in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In villages or populated areas, sirens sound and people are evacuated. The main thing about the situation in the regions:
— In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, due to melting snow, water came out of the bed of the Minusinka River – the dams on the side of the village of Malaya Minusa were washed away. The administration announced an urgent evacuation to the temporary detention center. Locals refuse to leave their homes, and law enforcement officers have to persuade them. Both bridges across the river were closed to traffic, and rescuers were sent to the city in helicopters.
— In the Chelyabinsk region, in addition to residential buildings, 173 garden houses and 329 personal plots were flooded.
— Floods affected several districts of the Southern Urals: Nagaibaksky, Ashinsky, Bredinsky, Troitsky, Varnensky, Uysky and Sosnovsky.
— A state of emergency was introduced in the Arkhangelsk region (100 km from Ufa) of Bashkiria, more than a hundred residents were evacuated. All because of the high tide of the Inzer River, which flooded nearby villages.
