— Everyone has their own mind and can assess whether manually selecting judges is lawful. Everyone has the right to defend themselves against lawlessness. The Prime Minister is a man who has a democratic agenda, but takes actions that constitute crimes, said Zbigniew Ziobro.

He also stated that Donald Tusk dismissed Dariusz Barski from the position of national prosecutor without the consent of President Andrzej Duda, which was required by law. — If a state is a state of law, the authorities should act within and on the basis of the law. Donald Tusk is introducing a fighting democracy, said Ziobro.

— Everyone was counting on Donald Tusk to put me in jail. Am I in custody? So who turned out to be a jerk? – Ziobro asked when the program host reminded him of his words from the Sejm addressed to Donald Tusk and the ruling coalition that he hoped they “won't turn out to be bullshit.” – They're total losers. They created false allegations that will be crushed into dust, Ziobro said.

Zbigniew Ziobro targeted by the prosecutor's office

On November 7, the Sejm waived the immunity of Zbigniew Ziobro in relation to all 26 charges that the National Prosecutor's Office wants to bring against him in connection with the Justice Fund case. MEPs voted 26 times to lift Zbigniew Ziobro's immunity. In each of these votes, the majority was obtained by parliamentarians who supported the prosecutor's motion.

The prosecutor's office wants to charge the former Minister of Justice with leading an organized criminal group and using his position for criminal activities. Ziobro allegedly committed a total of 26 crimes – including, among others: give orders to his subordinates to break the law in order to provide selected entities with subsidies from the Justice Fund, interfere in the preparation of competition offers and allow funds to be awarded to entities that are not authorized to do so.

— The authorities say I misappropriated the money. This shows the daring nature of the allegations and the determination of the criminal gang that rules Poland today – said Ziobro.
