Italian model and TV presenter Melissa Satta (39 years old) decided to speak publicly about the bizarre accusations she faced. Several fans said that the Italian was responsible for the sports injuries of her former partners “due to too frequent sexual relations”.
She was the target of criticism during her relationships with tennis player Matteo Berrettini and soccer player Kevin-Prince Boateng, writes Sport Bible.

During the relationship with Berrettini (29, #56 ATP), he suffered an abdominal injury and Satta was blamed for the problem. On the Internet, she was accused of having too many sexual relations with the Italian tennis player, an accusation she vehemently denied.

Satta received similar criticism during her marriage to Boateng, who during the marriage played for Eintracht Frankfurt and Barcelona.

“It was something that went on for months, when our story broke in January and a newspaper headlined: 'Berrettini doesn't win because Melissa, who messes him up, is too demanding'. But I resisted. I'm not the type to talk on social media. There followed a match at the Monte Carlo tournament in which Matteo won, but then stopped due to injury, and a newspaper headline read: “Melisa Satta brings bad luck”. How can you write something like that? It is not ethical. My hatred towards the press is justified,” said the TV presenter.
Melissa Satta, who was previously in a relationship with ex-footballer Christian Vieri, split from Berrettini in 2024 and is currently dating businessman Carlo Beretta.
