Vassaras' verdict has come: MAJOR refereeing blunder at Dinamo

Dinamo defeated Csikszereda on Saturdayscore 4-0, in the 16th stage of the Superliga. In the end, the Ciucani accused the arbitration, and on Tuesday came the verdict of the Central Commission of Referees (CCA).
In the 14th minute there was a contact in the box between Erwin Bloj and Alexandru Musi, which led to the awarding of a penalty kick.
The dynamic winger reached the ball first, pushed it with the tip, at which point Bloj, trying to clear it, hit Musi in the sole.
The contact was obvious from the way Bloj's leg moved, but the intensity wasn't out of the ordinary considering the club only hit with the toe.

Iuliana Demetrescu, the “central” of the game, let the game continue, but later dictated a kick from 11 meters, after the VAR referees Claudiu Marcu (main) and Viorel Flueran (assistant) called her to review the phase on the monitor.
Three days after that event, Kyros Vassaras analyzed the phase and posted the explanation on the website FRF.
In his view, Iuliana Demetrescu should not have been called to the sidelines and even if this ultimately happened erroneously, he should not have awarded a penalty, as Musi simulated.
Vassaras claims that there were two wrong decisions: calling Iuliana to the VAR monitor, then the decision to award the penalty. Automatically, Musi did not receive the yellow card for simulation.
The penalty was easily converted by Mamoudou Karamoko.
“The CCA, following the usual weekly match review, wishes to clarify the incorrect VAR intervention that led to the wrong award of a penalty. There is no clear and obvious error for the VAR to intervene in this case.
Although there is minimal contact on the forward's ice, it is not enough to cause the forward to fall, nor is it capable of stopping the opponent from attacking or playing the ball. Not all contact is sanctionable in football.
The defender clearly tried to avoid any possible contact with the opponent. There is no other contact on any other part of the opponent's body as the player tried to simulate.
Such a reaction from the striker does not help the image of football and, in the absence of contact, the referees are instructed to sanction with a yellow card for unsportsmanlike conduct – simulation,” explained Vassaras.

I can't accept how I got that penalty. And I can't accept when he is at VAR and calls you, you see that there is no contact and you give a penalty. In the next phase we have a broken arch, don't call VAR. It means bad intent.
Probably the referee Marcu, from the VAR room, was in the toilet if he didn't call the referee Mrs. Demetrescu to look.
Embarrassing refereeing, shame on me. I try to explain nicely, but I cannot accept such arbitration. Mirel Rădoi was right: instead of letting the game be more manly, any simulation is a penalty, there is no contact.
We are executed, I told the players how it was before 1989, the Militia team had to win. That's how it was today! I'm ashamed of today's refereeing. It's bad intention and that's it!
– Robert Ilyesthe coach of Csikszereda, at the end of the game
