The city mayor's office said that gas should not have been supplied to the house. According to locals, people who checked in ahead of schedule used gas cylinders. They saw neighbors and builders carrying them into the entrance.
Now 150 people have been evacuated from their apartments. The open fire was extinguished. Windows in five neighboring houses were partially damaged, as well as about 50 cars.
