In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, traffic police detained a drunken Minusinz on a moped.
The press service of the State traffic inspector said that inspectors noticed the driver of a moped during duty. The man rode without a motorcycle, and at the sight of the police turned off the road and tried to hide in the private sector. A short chase ended with a detention.
The violator was a 40-year-old local resident who was driving at a state of intoxication. During the examination, the Alcotester showed 0.932 mg of alcohol in a liter of exhausted air.
In relation to the driver, administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Article 12.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (management of a vehicle person who is intoxicated) and Art. 12.6 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (control of a motorcycle or moped or transportation on a motorcycle of passengers without motorcycles). The violator faces a fine of more than 45 thousand rubles. He will also lose the right to drive a car for two years. The moped was sent to a specialized parking lot.
