The score on the table, but also the game of his team, gave Rădoi reasons to be happy. He, being eliminated, remained in the stands of the stadium, joked and laughed with the fans of the Oltene team.

Immediately after the start of the second half, the GSP photojournalist caught Mirel Rădoi communicating his tactics from the stands of the Viennese arena: the Romanian technician was caught talking on the walkie-talkie with his seconds, giving the last instructions for his students.

Denis Rădoi, his son, video analyst at the team from Bănie, is in charge of communication. Mihai Ianovschi takes Mirel Rădoi's place on the bench.

Craiova University played a good game in the first half of the duel in Vienna. Mirel Rădoi's students dominated and managed to strike through Oleksandr Romanchuck, served perfectly by Carlos Mora. In the first half, the Austrians did not register a single shot on Isenko's goal.

Extremely irritated by the decisions of the “central” Martin Matosa, the Olten technician saw a yellow card for protesting in the first minutes of the match.

In the 19th minute, at a short distance from the area where Mirel Rădoi was, Oleksandr Romanchuk had an entry to the ball on Tobias Gulliksen, a phase that ended with a throw-in from the edge for the Austrians.

Radoi immediately signaled after Romanchuk's intervention that everything was correct, and then started to argue with the Rapid Viena midfielder, who was calling for a foul at that stage.

The Slovenian Martin Matosa went straight to the Craiova technical bench and showed the second “yellow” to Mirel Rădoi. Irritated by the decision, the Romanian technician sat on the bench, and then a UEFA official came to tell him that he had to go to the stands, which happened later.
