Ukrainian drones attack a fiber optic plant in Saransk.
Eyewitnesses report that the UAVs are flying at a low altitude – about 30-50 meters. Previously, the Ukrainian Armed Forces operate PD-2 drones. UAVs of this type can fly with a range of more than 1000 kilometers.
Residents also told us about a fire in the area of a local factory.
