Cluj University – FCSB matchfrom Saturday evening, from the 15th stage of the Superliga, recorded a record number of spectators in terms of the Transylvanian matches at home, this season.

The duel on “Cluj Arena” collected 14,691 viewersthus establishing the highest attendance since the matches of the “red caps” this season, even over the Cluj derby, with CFR Cluj, from the 11th stage, score 2-2, when they were present in the stands 14,066 fans.

This season, at “Cluj Arena” there were at least 10,000 spectators only for the match with Dinamo, score 0-1 (13,354).

U Cluj – FCSB, on 7th place in the general ranking

In the general ranking of audiences this season, the U Cluj – FCSB match climbed to 7th place. The first is the derby of the 13th round of the Superliga, Dinamo – Rapid, played at the country's largest stadium, the National Arena, when 34,700 fans attended.

It is not surprising that the match against FCSB gathered the most spectators in the stands of the Cluj stadium. And in the previous season, the visits of the Romanian champion aroused the greatest interest among the people of Cluj.
